A crazy man's dream!

We took a trip to this castle that this man has been building for the last 25 years. He is quite eccentric and Jeff had a chance to talk with the guy. Kind of a nut ball if you asked me. It was a beautiful snowy day, but somehow our gloves didn't make it on the trip with us, so our hands were so cold...but the adventure of the castle was totally worth it. I just love doing this with my family!

Maddy loves to feed herself, these days. She is becoming quite good at using a fork and spoon, but sometimes the outcome is MESSY!

Trick or Treat, smell my sweet feet!

For the first Halloween since we've lived here it was nice out. No winter coats hiding your costume, we went to some friends house and had a fire pit and the kids trick or treated with the Daddy's. It was like being in California, and it was a very memorable night.

The fireplace business is going gang busters. Daddy
was working late and almost missed the festivities. Thank heavens
he made it because this is one of his favorite "jobs" is to take his three
sweets trick or treating. Praise God for the the work we have coming in though!
