You can't imagine the chaos at times in our home these days...not to mention the fact that mommy isn't getting enough sleep and is cranky most of the time. Today we enjoyed some quiet time on Mommy and Daddy's bed, laughing and being silly. This is quite a step up from the screaming, fighting and drama that often times is occurring in our home. The girls and I had a good time and Maddy was patient with me for just long enough to allow some cute pictures.

Lydia gives Maddy at least 100 kisses a day, when she is asleep, when she is eating, pooping, really any time that she feels that Maddy needs one!

Taylor sometimes has a hard time dealing with life these days. You wouldn't know it by this picture. We are trying to find ways to help her feel extra loved and deal with the extra drama she seems to bring to the table. She is doing great in Awana this year, memorizing her verses and learning about the Lord. She loves school, and is not happy to be on Fall break for two weeks. She is obsessed with letters and knows how to spell and write her name and Lydia's. We are working on conquering her lllllllloooooonnnnnngggg last name.

Jumping on the bed and laughing and being silly. No drama here! Maddy is even enjoying the rambunctiousness of her sisters. She just watched and made sweet little baby noises. Sure wish I could put some of those noises on this website.

Dear little Lydia, still hasn't grown much. Talks with her hands these days, to really drive her point home. She loves playing with Taylor, but screams loudly when things don't go her way. I don't have to mention that this drives mommy crazy, but we are working on it! She is delightful most of the other times. Yesterday, I was trying to take a little nap when she woke up from hers. She climbed into bed with me, laid her little head, almost on my head and put her hand on my cheek. She is quite sweet and oh so loving. She just worms right up to you and stays there until she fills up your love tank. For some reason my favorite picture of her that I took yesterday won't upload. Bummer!

Little Maddy, five weeks old tomorrow. Growing and changing everyday, but so beautiful. All of us are pretty enamored with her. We thoroughly enjoy being with her. We got some pictures taken of her with her big sisters and of her little self last weekend, so we will send those out as soon as we get them. A pure treasure in our family. What a blessing!
